With a passion for data and generative AI, Chris & Chris started building Vectorize in 2023.
Chris Latimer
Co-founder / CEO
Chris has found success in a wide variety of roles in his career. First as a software engineer, then as Sales Engineer of the Year at Apigee. Chris led product management for API Gateway at Google and most recently was the general manager of the vector database business at DataStax. A buckeye at heart, Chris currently lives just outside Boulder, Colorado.
Chris Bartholomew
Co-Founder / CTO
Chris is a serial entrepreneur and accomplished technology leader. Chris was formerly the CEO of Kafkaesque (Kesque) before it was acquired DataStax. Chris was one of the original engineers to build LangStream, the first open source event driven gen AI platform. A proud Canadian, Chris lives in Ottawa, Ontario.
